Real Estate Training Articles Directory
As this page grows, it will be filled with links to various real estate training articles. Constantly adding new keyword rich content to your website is a good way to keep your website fresh with updated information. By posting new articles to your website and to article directories you can be confident that the search engine spiders will visit often. As more people pick up your articles you will start to receive many one-way incoming links. This is a key strategy in the optimization efforts of your website(s).
It is very important to have an informative authors resource box at the end of all of your articles. Another important factor is to add anchor text in the body of your article whenever possible. Not all article directories allow the additional anchor text. See the submission guidelines of the directories you would like to submit to. An example of anchor text would be: We offer the most complete free real estate training-marketing online available today. When the blue URL is clicked, it will redirect you to www.RealEstateTrainingInfo.com. The anchor text I used is the term that I am optimizing my home page for. You never want to say click here or home page.
Your authors resource box should contain: your name and title, your website address in valid URL form http://www.MyWebsiteHere.com/ (make sure to include the http:// and the forward slash / at the end of your URL), your 1-3 sentence elevator pitch and your call to action. See these 2 websites for more information: http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.htm and http://www.martinlemieux.ca/posts/?blog=8
Notice that I did not use anchor text to these 2 URL's. I also added the "nofollow" tag to my HTML code. This keeps me from bleeding off my page rank (PR) from my page. See the SEO-Optimization page for more info on the "nofollow" tag.
